Payments and refunds

You can pay for a Uniqore subscription with a Visa or Mastercard card. Payments are processed by TipTop Pay.

What you pay for

A subscription to the Uniqore app on the Growth or Scale plan. What each plan includes and what it costs is listed in Pricing. Prices are per user, per month. The Explore plan is free.

How to pay by card

• In the Uniqore app, choose a plan and the number of users. This page opens with the amount due.
• Enter your card details in the TipTop Pay window and click Pay.
• Confirm the payment in your banking app or with a code from your bank. This is 3-D Secure protection (Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check).
• Once confirmed, you see the payment result, and the receipt is sent to your email.

Companies can also pay by invoice: email hi@uniqore.ai and we’ll send one.

When you get access

Right after a successful payment. The plan turns on in the Uniqore app, in the same account you paid from. There is nothing to install or wait for. When you pay by invoice, access turns on the day the payment reaches our account.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically: at the start of each billing period, the plan price is charged to the card you first paid with. You can turn off renewal anytime before the next period starts, in the app or by emailing hi@uniqore.ai. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Refunds

• Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, including if you stop using the app or reduce the number of users (section 4.4 of the Terms of Service).
• If we end the agreement ourselves, we refund the unused part of the period (section 7.4 of the Terms of Service).
• If you were charged by mistake or twice, email hi@uniqore.ai with the receipt. We’ll refund the extra amount to the card you paid with.

We send the refund the day we approve it. When it shows up on your card depends on your bank.

Payment security

You enter your card details on a secure TipTop Pay page, and they are sent encrypted. Uniqore never receives or stores them. The TipTop Pay processing center complies with the PCI DSS security standard, and payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure.

Never share your card details or bank codes with anyone, including people who say they work for Uniqore or your bank. We never ask for them by phone, email, or chat.

Keep your payment records

Keep the receipt and the payment email until the end of the period you paid for. You’ll need them if a payment or refund is ever disputed.
